Brain Imagery

The image of the brain captured my attention years ago when I came across a drawing in an anatomy book that was particularly intriguing. At once readily recognizable, this iconic image serves as a vehicle for the depiction of ideas, people, locations, behaviors, places in time, and even dreams. This brain motif is a deep and rewarding place for me to explore which I have done in tapestries, paintings, and drawings.
