Current

My current work is a series of tapestries based on drawings stemming from an ongoing painting project that I began several years ago. These drawings are created in an improvised manner whereby music plays a significant role of inspiration as it evokes memories and past experiences. The series will consist of five tapestries, four of which are completed, each depicting different phases in my life and they mark a return to the vibrant colors I used in many of my early tapestries. As precise color matching is essential, most of the yarn is custom dyed by me.
